Kessil A360x with Spectral X Review
The A360x is the latest offering from Kessil replacing the A360we. This new design offers a more sleek design, efficient cooling, and brighter output. Let’s take a quick look at the Kessil A360x.
Here is a quick picture of the Kessil A360x mounted on my holding tank.

The Kessil A360x utilizes the same mounting hardware for the Ap700 or the A360we. If you already own a A360we, this new light will mount right up to your current Kessil tank mount. This latest Dense matrix offers 42 LEDs total. Here’s the break down of what can be seen.
Violet Channel
10 Violet LEDs

Red Channel
3 Red LEDs

Green Channel
4 Green LEDs

White Channel
12 White/Warm LEDs
The Blue Channel consist of 3 different spectrum LEDs
9 Royal Blue LEDs
9 Aqua Blue LEDs
3 Blue LEDs

I’m not sure of the spectrum of the colors but you can clearly see the different in the LED’s when they are lit. For my observation, I had to use a DSRL ND filter (like the one here https://amzn.to/2AqLEll) to cover the Dense Matrix so that I could see the individual LEDs and capture it with my camera.
Here’s a picture of all the LEDs lit up.
